4. The added catalyst undergoes catalytic combustion with CO and HC compounds in the flue gas at around 600 ° C, further increasing waste heat recovery and reducing pollution gas emissions.
Baking performance:
1. Baking temperature: ≥ 1200 ° C;
2. Baking time: The initial temperature is above 800 ° C for about 10 minutes, and the turnover package is around 30 minutes; New package: according to the baking curve.
3. Use an ignition gun to automatically ignite the ladle.
4. Monitor the flame status of the ladle baking device, with an alarm function when the flame is extinguished, and can also send a signal to cut off the gas. Display the temperature of the ladle and send a prompt signal when it reaches the predetermined baking temperature.
